Functions of the EC: a) establish rules, coordinate and control the growth of GLADAR, b) evaluate participating centers (this includes inclusion of new centers as well as exclusion of centers who do not comply with the protocols), c) Evaluate additional research protocols presented by members, d) promote the search for funds or subsidies to upkeep the original project, e) invite experts in order to develop new projects or programs when considered convenient.
